Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings must be paid in full.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your booking and payment have been approved.
  • Your confirmation email will have all details of your booking.
  • There are no refunds after booking is confirmed.
  • A request for extension must be made before or as soon as you arrive.  If there is availability and no booking after you, you may extend in 1 hour increment.
  • EXTENSION IS NOT GUARANTEED.
  • Zelemeraki Studio reserves the right to invoice for any extra time in the space according to the studio assistants report.
  • If you fail to keep to your allotted time, our staff will prompt you to vacate the space. Persistent late finishes may result in future bookings being canceled.
  • We can arrange for early access or late opening at an extra charge and if requested at least 2 weeks in advance (subject to staff availability). Please contact the space bookings team for more information.

Only the number of persons approved based on your booking category is allowed.

  • A 25% -30% of total fee security deposit is mandatory at booking payment.
  • If security deposit is not received 24 hours before your reservation, your booking will be automatically canceled with no refund.
  • The security deposit is refunded (within 24 hours) after confirmation that there is no damage to the space or premises.
  • If the security deposit is not enough to cover the damage Zelemeraki Studio will charge the card on file.
  • If there are any missing items/damage after the refund has issued, we reserve the right to bill you for cost and admin fees of damaged/missing items.

All bookings are non-refundable and may be rescheduled with a 7 day notice period based on availability.

Cameras are installed in all common areas except the bathroom. Camera will only be used for security measures to confirm of studio policies.

Our relationship with our neighbors is very important to us, and at any time we can have multiple activities in our spaces in one day.
Noise levels in all spaces must be kept to a reasonable level. If you are disturbing other users, you will be advised to reduce your noise level by the Zelemeraki staff.
All studios are equipped with an Air Conditioning system to ensure air circulation, plus a ceiling fan for extra ventilation. Please only open the window if it is needed.
If you intend to use percussion/live music, this must be stated at the time of booking when you will be advised if this is possible.

Food and drinks may be taken into the studios, however it is not allowed to be eaten in general areas such as hallway and reception and set areas (sofa, couch, arm chairs, rugs, coffee tables) Please avoid bringing in food, drinks or any substance that can leave permanent stains or with strong odour.

You will be liable for any damage caused to the spaces during or as a result of your hire. This
includes (without any limitation) damage to the floor, walls, or audio-visual system.
You are responsible for informing Zelemeraki admin if you notice anything unusual in the condition of the space you are using before commencing your booking.
After block bookings with exclusive use, and any hires including set or props, we will conduct an inventory of the space. Any damages will be charged to the hirer.

Any hire involving photography and video footage must be agreed at the time of booking as different rates apply. This will be charged according to the information you provide on the Booking Request Form, please contact Zelemeraki Studio bookings team for more information.
We charge for bookings involving photography and video footage according to the purpose and distribution of the footage. We classify hires as either commercial or concession.
The use of flash photography must be stated at the time of the booking as it can only be accommodated in certain spaces.
We prohibit filming and photography of artistic work, staff, members of the public and children using the building. We have a safeguarding policy (available on request), so if your hire involves filming/photographing children within Zelemeraki Studio, we ask you to be able to produce the necessary consent forms upon request.
For commercial shoots a credit line acknowledging Zelemeraki Studio as the location is sufficient, i.e.: ‘Filmed/Photographed at The Place’. If the images will be broadcasted, we might be interested in using the images, videos or stills from such shoots in our communication activities.

You are responsible for ensuring your event/session is run in line with current health & safety legislation and best practice guidelines. Zelemeraki Studio takes no responsibility for the content or health & safety of events/classes run by external hirers.
A first aid kit and accident book are available upon request at the Admin office. Should a participant in your session sustain an injury, Please Call the accident and emergency service first, then call Zelemeraki Studio help line to inform us of the incident.
Please note, our staff will not be able to accompany injured participants off-site.
All hirers must tell us in advance if they are expecting any wheelchair users. Some rooms do not have wheelchair access.
All hirers must make themselves familiar with the fire evacuation procedures and must make sure participants are briefed on course of action in case of fire.
Zelemeraki Studio insurance will only cover defects with the building. We are not liable for and cannot cover loss of your personal property. Studios should always be locked if you leave the space during your booking.
Hirers need to have their own insurance to cover any situation involving loss or injury to a member of the public as a result of their own activities.
If a session involves participants who are under the age of 18 or considered as vulnerable adults, the hirer is responsible for ensuring that the relevant DBS checks have been obtained and can be produced on request.
Hirers must not exceed the recommended studio/room maximum capacity
